Typical ship time is 5 business days, however some orders and custom orders can take up to 7 days.

We have a refund policy of up to 30 days of original purchase. The candle must be unburned and in its original packaging. To request a return please email us at FarmhouseSerenityCo@gmail.com to request a return. We will give you instructions on how to return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We take great care in packaging your candle when shipped, if for any reason your candle comes damaged, please let us know immediately and we will replace it for you.

If you are unsatisfied with your choice of scent of candle, you may exchange it by initializing a return and ship it back to us.

Please note, the bank can take 5-10 days to return your funds back to original payment.
